Under her guidance, the district has realized notable achievements—including increased academic performance, rising graduation rates, and the successful passage of a $35 million bond referendum that modernized schools and restored public trust.

She holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, along with advanced degrees in English and education.
